orbitalmechanic was drowning in rhubarb, so Mom and I went over on Monday morning to help bail. The thought of turning on the oven being anathema until today, I waited until now to try
this recipe for rhubarb crisp. I'm not a huge rhubarb lover (Jason's the big fan) but straight out of the oven and topped with whipped cream this is absolute heaven! And the best part is that I have enough rhubarb to do it again!
