And I never really realised that you don't write smut. I guess that shows my reading taste for a long while, though I don't try not to read the smut, I find myself very happy with the Gen or hinty type of fics lately. The smut, always good fun, the well written character rich stories, gold. :)

Good smut is indeed extremely enjoyable, though half of that probably comes from my inability to write it and my marvelling at those who can do it well.

Heeeee! I wonder if some of that is also a kind of vicarious pleasure from the innuendo. Or maybe that just comes from me reading too much DH Lawrence and wondering what all the fuss was about ;)
I think, maybe too, it's even harder to write smut in a short space of time. The payoff is better when there's a build-up to it over a longer story. Heh.

I'm so impressed with what bogwitch did with those icons! We were bemoaning how dark those caps were but we seriously couldn't find any lighter ones that might make the iconning a bit easier. But she did a spectacular job :)
Although, to be honest, the Spike on the bike one I made sure was in there. Heee! Greatest cap ever ;)

I adored this!! I love that it's Angel who lists off all their "one times"! I can see him purposefully doing it so that Spike won't accuse him of not wanting to own up to it.

Yes! Yes! Yes! Perfect:
Until he stood back from the doorframe, placed his hands in his pockets and said, “You know the one.”

His face crinkled into a fleeting sweet smile, and Angel answered with his own. And the way the mood shifts afterwards is wonderful.
