I just got done watching the episode of Bones that airs tonight. The following will not make any sense until you see the episode and isn't a spoiler in any way, but you'll laugh when you understand it:

I think we watch the same tv. Though I admit Brennan annoys me. How could she have grown up in foster care and studied anthropology and have no clue about American culture?

Brennan is actually the reason I love the show (well, Brennan and Angela). I think that, after losing both parents and being separated from Russ, she probably immersed herself in the desire to understand people. But she chose to observe them to understand them rather than to interact with him (because the people that she interacted with most were taken from her, and she didn't want that to happen again). She's brilliant, but her time in foster care kept her from socializing normally.

I recently got into that show because I dled a free episode from Season 3 on iTunes and watched it while I was in DC. Now I'm sorta hooked. I'm starting from Season 3 though, so it'll take me awhile to catch up.

Def. loving it so far though.
