I'm trying to play too many games at the same time right now. We have some very basic online/ios games, some smaller downloaded games, and some full releases.
It's basically a mash-up of Jurassic Park and Sim City. It's a pretty fun, if slightly tedious, game up until level 30. You place buildings, dig up land, find amber, research dna, grow a dinosaur, add it to your park, and complete quests that tend to be combinations of the previous. At level 30, the quests tend to be completely based around gold (which you earn slightly by leveling up and completing quests, but generally have to purchase with real money). I think I'm maxed out at level 35 now and am working on a huge quest. I have three or four other incomplete quests that require a fair amount of gold that I refuse to pay for.
Sounds like a GBA game I had at one point. Is there a way of visiting other people's parks or is it simply just your own?
By the way, I heard for the Join Avenue in BW2, the Japanese are putting magnemites on the GTS and simply swapping them out for other magnemites to get Join Avenue data. Brilliant!
You can visit other people's parks, but I only know one other person playing...and she has only placed one building on her park. I don't know the extent of the possible interaction.
I still need to learn more about Join Avenue, but that definitely sounds like a great idea! I just beat Roxie (whose gym is super easy with Genesect) and am on my way to the movie studio. I really want sing Piplup for my team. Right now I've got the Therian forms of Thundurus, Tornadus, and Landorus along with Keldeo, Genesect, and Oshawott.

Though the facebook page that got the silhouette of a dinosaur incorrect doesn't fill me with much confidence.
