Do you know how to make several chapters in a quark express book to combine so that you can print a singular pdf?

usualy when you make your quark document (with multiple pages mind you) just print as a pdf and it usualy works. though thats when the document is on one quark file, i'm afraid i don't know how to for chapters...and what i'm guessing seperate quark files.
