I am so glad that I posted this before the episode because I don't think we saw nearly enough of guilty!Peter for this fic to work now. He seemed oblivious to the point that it was OOC because I always thought their relationship was based on how Peter SEES her, even when she's trying to hide her pain. When the rest of the room is ignoring her, he's staring at her. So for him to not know that something was up felt weird because how could something NOT be up?

Anyways, glad you liked this. I had this fly into my head suddenly and had to quickly write it down. I think Peter does have to make some sort of sacrifice now for Olivia. Not death necessarily, but something other than time is needed to mend the rift between them.

Oh my, I hope he's right or that the machine doesn't destroy anything! and gives this universe enough energy to exist without destroying the other.... That was pure angst and my stomach is in knots right now...! good work!!
