Tiberius! After the emperor Tiberius, a notorious, well, let's just say he took full advantage of his position (looky at all the naked men and women). He was also a talented general and was controlled by his mother for most of his life.

I wonder how much Roman history Draco knows....

I have to admit I'm clueless about who Tiberius is. Haha, that's an awful history to give to a child, but I like the sound of it.
