Ruby just told me the spotted part is chocolate chips. that kinda sounds yummy. and add the custard and I may end up eating Spotted Dick Pudding OMG the name just kills me XDD

yup it's British. and Ruby tells me that the flecks that cause it to be called Spotted are actually choclate chips so that should be good. and she says it's delicious with custard. so now I want some LOL

*grins* You know, it's not that funny to me, being British and all. It's a proper old-fashioned British pud. A suet pudding stuffed with chocolate chips. Best served with custard. And also best not out of a tin.

seriously that's chocolate chips. hmmm now that makes me think twice. *loves chocolate* so it's like a sponge cake with chocolate chips, yes? oh and the custard bit sounds really good.
