I just wanted to post this, I had a little fun with markers and a photo of Natasha Khan (Bat for Lashes). I reproduced the pose and changed the colors, it was fun. I screwed up the nose though, i ALWAYS screw up the nose.

I really love how you did the makeup! You use Promarkers right? As far as the downsides go, I'd only mention the nose/nostrils which look a bit strange (the left one for instance) but it looks really good other than that, the hair is amazing as well.

Haha, yeah actually that blue on the stripes looked much more purple on the marker and on the paper than it does once scanned, so I chose yellow/orange (my actual yellows were too light) for the contrast. And yep, Promarkers, and the liners idk the brand but I think I bought them in Japan, the Promarker liners lasted like 3 months xD
And yeah I know for the nose u_u I already have a hard time with noses when it's facing me with no weird angle, and there she has her head up a little bit so it made it even worse. I need to practice on noses.
Thank you so much ♥ I had a lot of fun with the hair =) and for the make up I'm happy it turned out well because I just tested the colors and kind of went with it for the shapes xD and WOOOH, I managed to make a color-to-white gradient on the purple with the blender, I'm so proud.

A good advice I can give on noses is to always define the point before drawing the nostrils! Helps lots. Try looking at references, I think they're not too hard once you get the jist of it. But atypical noses can be a real pain sometimes (like crooked noses or really small with an upturn, etc.) !
