It's really nuts in here (work) today.

I did go ahead an make cupcakes to bring in. Yellow cake cupcakes with homemade chocolate butter-cream frosting. Yum. Nothing weight watchers friendly about them, but then, it's cake... not health food!

I love making cupcakes, though my only homemade frosting so far is the one for cake decorating class, which is crisco based (not my fave thing to eat) and the royal icing, so I haven't made any others. I've a few recipes. I'd love to see your chocolate butter-cream recipe sometime.

Whenever I buy cupcakes I always think of those awesome ones H made for the Harry Potter party all those years ago. Remember?
