Very busy weekend

We had 3 parties to go to! I worked on the Fishez wall-hanging quilt. It's put together and quilted. Now onto sewing on buttons and doing the binding. It will not be done before tomorrow. I'll bring it in to show Boss her Christmas gift since tomorrow's when the student who helped me make this will be here. She needs to feel the joy of giving it,

I'm the same with complicated patterns and that's why not a whole lot of lace is getting knit chez moi. I prefer mindless stockinette - I can knit while talking on the phone and doing other stuff. :P

I've come to realize that brain-dead knitting is my speed.

I've enough complication in my life as is, so I like my knitting nice 'n easy. :D

I'm unable to memorize an 8 row repeat. I had trouble with the mistake rib!

Ok, good! It's not just me. I haven't tried the 'mistake rib' yet.
