One of my close friends is dead

Only a few of you would rememebr my relationship with the illustrious Joe Black and the heartbreak it originally caused. Ours was a fun, fast and education thing that showed me my first taste of love. We grew to be great friends always losing touch and then taking turns with the scavenger hunt to locate one another to "catch up". No matter how ( Read more... )

It is because he was seriously the nicest guy one could know. Very easy to get along with and he had so much talent and creative flow to offer the world. At least I know he made a difference in the lives of every person who ever met him.

Thank you sweetie. At least I know he went out just as he always said he wanted to- well remembered, in his prime and like a Rock Star. He will always be rememebred like that.

That's definitely true. I know I'll be keeping his memory alive for many years to come. I am sad that I won't be able to have my children meet him and be "Uncle Joe", but they'll meet him through the stories I tell about him and the pictures I will show them.
