so i was supposed to be asleep at 11 b/c my mom says i need to get a goodnight's rest before band or whatever tomorrow...and jen's asleep in my bed right now but idk what it was i just couldnt sleep. so i got to thinking and i was just thinking about how different tomorrow is gonna be. its really weird. how i wont have those two goofy drum majors trippin all over the place and my little alli having a heat stroke every 2 seconds..and just how our whole group has changed..and just thinking about all the seniors going to college now idk it just kinda sucks.. so i came down here since i wasnt sleeping and your entry here made me cry. im gonna missyou guys so much you really have no idea

band wouldn't have been what it was with out the two of you. this year will be hard..because you take one person out of the puzzle and you have a piece missing. one that can't be replaced by a new person. there's a reason to all of this, we all just have to find it. i drove by butler today and it felt so wrong not to be there leading the crowd of banders. but it's meant to be. i think this comment is more for me than you, but i hope you get something out of it to.
