I would LOVE a fic where Cas starts calling Sam "Sammy" because he's heard Dean do it so many times. At first Sam would be all weirded out by it and then eventually find it adorable. And Dean should be jealous that Cas gets away with calling him Sammy and not getting a bitchface pulled on him. It could be friendship fic or romance, whatever.
