Musings on my first week at a frat

Well, I've managed to get through my first week of living in a frat without major incident.  Ellis finally moved out of his room Wednesday night, although he should have been out long before that.  Will moved into Ellis' room by Thursday night, so I got to unpack my things and get everything in order, which is why I didn't post for a few days ( Read more... )

Wow, has it been a while since you posted this! I have no idea who you are, but I'm going to use your 'method' to install FedoraCore 5 on my external USB drive. Yes, by BIOS supports USB boot. Anyway, thanks for the info (Got this off Google and 10 or so random clicks).

I haven't checked on Fedora in quite a while, but I believe that you need to directly add those modules onto the mkinitrd via a command switch. If you need more help, check Google for something along the lines of "mkinitrd external usb hard drive" and you should get some good info.

Honestly, I've moved away from Linux as I tend to use some very specialized Windows-only apps more recently.
