It's incredibly galling to be served by your Self-Confidence. You'd throw the summons to court across the kitchen and watch them fly like a spooked murder of crows.

I am alright. I've steadily been losing confidence over the course of college and this is a big metaphor for what it feels like. *sigh* I know you're always here actually. I hope you know that too. Even really late at night :P

I know exactly what you're talking about with losing confidence over the course of college...well I sorta gained it a bit because I didn't start out with it, but then it's been frittered away, and failing the FE didn't help my self-confidence, nor did getting turned down for a couple jobs. So we should totlly start a club for people who went through engineering and have a degree and have no confidence in themselves. And we'll have lots of gin and chocolate!

I can definitely relate to the feeling. I failed one of my qualifier exams in May and have to retake it in December.
