So today was my first day of teaching in high school... I am not quite sure how I feel yet. It wasn't bad, but of course it wasn't good. I know it will happen again but it really bothers me that half of my students in the one class hate French and don't want to learn it. I want them to learn not just because they are being graded and I wish that

I am student teaching at Junction City High and it is the last step to get both my masters and my teaching certificate/license. They encourage us to take as many of the boring teacher responsibilities as possible. Hence the assembly duty and various copying jobs I also get to do.

No, it is just a 15 minute commute from where I live in Eugene. But it looks like I won't be staying in Eugene much longer... but who knows?
