Just went for my virgin attempt at kickboxing (a little bit of Muay Thai thrown in). My kolig jio'd me - she's "trying to motivate" me. Lawls.
What a workout! Thankfully, I did not fall down/kick anybody/get kicked/fall down. I could follow the steps!!!!! *confetti*
Exercise is good. Serotonin kicking in is good. Not having an appetite after that is
