Since Monday night I've been feeling quite ill, had cold like symptoms, the cough that's been niggling for months got worse and had a crazy visual distortion/flashing lights/massive head pain thing. I actually got out of my car and had "stern words" with another driver today. I missed my turning so I pulled in a hotel car park and drove through to the exit, where a car who had pulled in just before had stopped, blocking the exit. As some of you know, I had an interview for a counselling course at the University of Cambridge. Today I got a letter offering me a place.
I am so very happy and excited. It's exactly the course I wanted to do, and it's BACP accredited.

Had a really fun weekend, took belak_krin to Bournemouth on Friday, turns out it's a really fun place. They had random live music things, hippy drum circles and amazing cocktail bars.
