Dai Shimaron is in sight. The crew are preparing to dock. They say it will take several hours to prepare for our journey, but that we should still reach Belal-Heika's palace shortly before nightfall.

The bane of my life other Gwendal has admitted responsibility for the absent bird. He also felt the need to go for a stroll alone in human territory. The buffoon! In spite of my repeatedly pointing out that there was plenty of room on my mount, Geika insisted on riding with him! Belal's palace is in sight, and Geika is still in that lout's arms - as if he didn't spend enough time there!
