Oh man, I haven't seen the dentist in too long as well and I have an appt. this Wednesday. My teeth are such a mess (cavaties, plus my wisdom teeth) so i totally feel your pain

I have a Diva Cup - and I like it! I almost always use my cloth pads instead, but sometimes I love using my cup. It's easy to use (once you get used to it) and clean, pays for itself in the long run, and you can pretty much keep it in all day long without worry.
