cramp-tastic!

So I have officially decided that I am going to go back to health mode.  Excercise again, eating healthier, portion control, and bring on the green tea and water! I have been feeling like such crap lately and I am pretty sure its because I stopped my healthy habits that I took on before the wedding. That sucks about the cramps. Sometimes mine get that bad, too - but thankfully not often.

When I was in basic training and working out every single day, I never had cramps. When I was working out occasionally, I had minor cramps.
I hate working out, though, so now I just deal with them.

Good luck with your weight loss endeavors :) Cutting way back on sugar (or pop for me) is a big thing.

yeah, he is super supportive, I talked about it with him last night and he even mentioned that he noticed I was alot happier and had more energy when I was working out regularly. My next post will go into more detail hehe.
