This is a lot of random rambling...bear with me.

There are so many things I want to do...so many things with this company, things for me, things for others.  I'm focusing on the company right now.

Here are things I want to do that are possible.

Another you may want to look into, as far as movement and posture is concerned, is Alexander Technique. It's something I've studied here at OU, and it focuses on how we use our bodies and see them (more so in acting than anything, but it has been GREATLY useful in dancing and singing). It's a little abstract, but once you get used to the concepts, it's really fascinating what you can do just by thinking and allowing yourself to feel taller and longer, but in a very relaxed, comfortable way. It's not about posture in the way we usually think about it (very straight and stiff) but allowing your body to move with ease in the way your body was meant to move and stand.

If you're interested, the book I used in class is called "Body Learning" by Michael J. Gelb. I can ask my professor (who is an expert in Alexander Technique) if he knows of any teachers who could help you out in Florida :)
