I have so much to think about. AJ’s dad offered us his house to rent. The rent will be $425.00 more than we currently pay. Besides the rent we also will have to pay for water and trash pick up which we don’t pay for now. We are barely making it now. I am under a lot of pressure. I would be ideal to get the house. I read some of your post and I admired your ambition (when mentioning your job) I am moving to spring valley at the end of the month.

Only do it if you are sure that it is something that you want, not just something to make AJ happy. You don't want to live in a house that you can't enjoy because you are stressed about $ all the time. Good luck. Decisions like that suck.

Also read my last entry. I need advice and you always are good at giving it. :)

We decided to take the house. We might struggle a bit but it will the best thing in the long run. AJ's dad is giving us the opportunity to own. I will have to keep in you in mind when I am decorating my new house! what color do you think would be cool for an office?

Dammit I just wrote a really long reply and it just got deleted. I hate laptops. That is really cool that you get to rent to own. That will be the best thing for your future. I wish I could come and help decorate. I love to decorate. I think that yellows, reds or blues would be good for an office. Whatever makes you feel the most creative/motivated. You need to post pictures of your projects. It will be fun to see your progress. I am excited for you. Congrats!
