I'm with you on the Vance and Jeanne thing. They both did add a lot to canon. Vance in particular has really grown on me now that they've let him settle into the character (I still dislike all the hinky "is he really Leon Vance" crap that the writers subjected us to though).

I'm also not a Jenny fan. I sorta liked her the beginning of S3 - then she totally lost her freakin' mind in S4 and I just despised her character after that. Was not sorry to see her go.

Supernatural!!!! I love the show so I'd love to see your thoughts on it.

As for the characters, yeah Vance and Jeanne spiced things up a bit. Vance still is shadowing everthing in sense, he's there in the plot lines but never officially. And I agree w/ you on Jenny, at first she was ok then wham she lost it...and I don't miss her either.

I think I might have liked Jeanne as a character more but there were a couple of major stumbling blocks:

1) The writers thought it was somehow a good idea to have both primary male leads (Gibbs, Tony) suddenly have onscreen relationships. It was just botched.

2) They were too wishy-washy with her character. One minute she's frantic and calling Tony "911" because her apartment is going co-op, but then she won't let him deal with an almost stalker-ish ex-fiancee. Then we had Angel of Death and suddenly she's all baddass? Too wishy-washy for me.

It's sad because they could have done better by her.

I liked the Jeanne story. It was good to see that side of Tony. I don't get the Vance hatred either. He's not a favourite but he's okay. I love that Jimmy made your faves list. I like him too, he needs more fic to be written about him.

I'd prefer not to be given a show since I don't have an answer for all these questions. In some fandoms I don't have characters I hate and I don't really have any fandom secrets since I don't censor my opinions.

If you have some questions about a fandom/character go ahead and ask. I'll try to answer.

When I started reading CSI fics it was mainly Nick/Greg or Gil/Nick/Greg but I've stopped watching CSI.

CSI:NY is my fave of the three. Mac is probably my fave but I do like Adam, Sheldon, Danny, Stella and Don too. That's probably why I like the show since it's a great overall cast. In terms of fic Mac/Adam is my fave pairing but the NY boys work well together so I also like Mac with Danny or Don. Danny/Don is fun too.
