Update on the eye problem... after talking to Joanna at work (she went through one of those medical schools UEI possibly) she suggested that it was either a irritation from mascara/eyeliner since I have a bad tendency to not wash it all off at night... or that it was a bite... I am 99% positive it is a bite since there are dots and Joanna described
