today i checked my checking account, and i was happily shocked to find that i had 260 left in it (i thought i had less than 100). then i figured out that ucla only charges you for books when you pick them up

Those stupid whores. They gave me late fees, then late fees on late fees, even though i already paid my late fees. Not to mention wtv i do online seems to somehow never actually take place in their system, and any record of my dealings suddenly vanish from their files.

URSA is so stable and well run, and housing is such a sleazy half-baked operation. I have no idea why whoever is in charge of URSA has not been asked to chang up housing. I guess it's all about that revenue they bring in, regardless of how they do it.

that happened to me a couple times but with ursa. their hole shitty system doesnt seem to remember that i request the bill to be sent home. So i never check ursa until its too late so they charge me a late fee. I got it waived 2 times now. count on crappy ucla service to jip students out of every penny in their pockets
