I promised myself I wouldn't put this together until I got something written today, and yay me! I managed to do just that. I'm not sure if I can thank wine for that at all, because I got waaaay more buzzed than I anticipated (usually wine just makes me sleepy) and that just means I've been distracted. But whatever! I just recently started watching Friday Night Lights season one on netflix and am slowly falling madly in love. It seems like it could be a reeeeeeally good show.

HAHAHA, I totally ship Matt/Lyla too because of those pictures! It is clearly a shame they never had any screentime together. Or, really, that Lyla never had any screentime with any of the kids aside from Street, Riggins, and occasionally Tyra.

IKR?! That scene in S3 between her and Julie is legit one of my favourite FNL scenes, there's so much going on and it just made me realise how awesome it would have been if Lyla had got the chance to have friends who were girls, who she could talk to. I feel like Lyla lost everything when she lost Street and its so sad :(
