About that photo shoot thing... Can all pics be from the same shoot or does it have to be five different ones?
And about the "not square"... Does that mean I have to try to get the background transparent or can it be one colour with a non-square image on it?

It can be either one photoshoot or several, that's up to u.

Please make the background white or transparent.
