Well, I called the police on my neighbors this morning.  It makes me feel like a bad person, but really it should make me realize what bad people they are.  Their dog has been outside on a leash all day yesterday (in the rain in the 40s) and all night last night (I think it got down to freezing) with no shelter.  I'm not sure if there's food.  They
