I had that same test and was NOT happy when the doc didn't tell me the truth.
I felt like I was bottoming in some sort of horrible medical scene.
I hope things get better for you.

The bottoming metaphor is totally apt here: that's just how I felt. Also, ashamed for not having been a more "game" bottom. Ugh.
