Read this just now in The New Yorker, August 11 & 18 issue, and immediately wanted to share it with Kevin. Anyone who's ever wanted to die and doesn't now will understand.

this is the first time I've experienced this poem. As someone who lives with suicidal taps to the shoulder (as a friend once put it) I was (am) very moved.
Knowing how beautiful a relationship can be, even with the dust of misery shrowding thoughts, I thank you for sharing this. And sharing Kevin's struggle/s as well.
You are both so dear to me.
