pills like midol are a great thing - but heat pads supposidly help, or just rubbing your stomach - yes, sounds lame, but it DOES work, and if it sounds like too much effort get a boy to rub it for you. LoL

Midol all the way, and laying in warm water before the pills kick in can somewhat alleviate the pain.
