I HAVE WRITER'S BLOCK. I decided to attempt the drabble meme to see if it could kick me back into action, and it may have worked. I cheated though-I listened to each song a couple of times and totally edited them a little bit after. But shh! The important thing is that I wrote something, right??

I'm glad you like the way I write Kate, too. To be honest, I write her in because I adore her - I've had a bit of a crush on her since I was like thirteen and so it's just really fun to get an opportunity to include her. I can imagine that being so adored/idolised by people could easily mess her up a little and it's interesting to experiment with that in fic, particularly in relation to Alison, because Kate is so confident and Alison can be so shy.

And I'm really glad you liked the Noel/Alison one about Julian and Jamie, because I was sure that was just a weird idea that only appealed to me!! I can definitely picture them running to each other for comfort too.

It is! I have this saved which looks like it's connected in some way. I have no idea what the context is but it looks like it might be a photoshoot, maybe? In which case that woman miiiight be a make-up artist or something and she could just be checking Alison's make-up in that picture. ALTHOUGH OBVIOUSLY I WANT THEM TO BE MAKING OUT, so maybe we should just choose to believe that instead??
