i can never quite decide how i feel about the Kills. i love their music, and when i saw them touring KOYMS they blew my mind. second time, and it just felt incredibly fake - all the onstage pseudo sex stuff had gotten so over the top ridiculous. i preferred it when they were a little more subtle.

oh and, uh, is it just me or is there an unfortunately placed mic in that picture of Jack dragging alison offstage?!! :D :D :D

I can kind of see what you mean. I love the sexual stuff on stage, but when I found out just how often they do it, I was disappointed somehow. I guess it feels like there's more to it if it's not happening all the time, it feels less scripted and fake that way. But still, I don't think it's something they plan out (like, before each show, deciding what they're going to do) so there's still an element of excitement there?
