That was just gorgeous. Wow. I really love the way you write these two out of bed, and in bed. Both of them alpha to the core, which is what makes this pairing so fascinating to me, and you don't lose that for an instant. Well done, HUZZAH! and thanks for a wonderful read!!

Thank you, darling. I'm particularly fond of alpha-characters, especially the more complicated and clever ones; this pairing is thus very a intriguing one for me to explore; It's always good to hear that I'm doing a good job at the same time. You're more than welcome.

By the by, I don't think I've complimented you on your characterizations of Will and Elizabeth yet. It's no secret that they're my least favourite characters in PotC, but you write them really well and they're not half as annoying here as they are in the movies. ;) And I totally laughed out loud when Elizabeth slapped Jack. And I concur on the "Will and Elizabeth are annoying in the movies" front, but I do try to do them some justice as I feel their characters have potential, however the movies tend to ignore that sort of potentiaI. I'm still not altogether fond of Will, but I've gained an affection for using Elizabeth as a foil, as she can be quite good at it.

Very very true. Not sure if you've seen The Incredible Journey of Mary Bryant, but Will Bryant is pretty similar to Will Turner, only he's got depth and isn't annoying.
Thanks for exploring their potential here, it's very enjoyable! :D
