The West Wing icons for Round 1 at Mood Stillness

The first round at Mood Stillness did not involve claims, but I chose to icon The West Wing. The theme of the round was the color blue, and the icon themes were the first 20 LJ moods. You can read more about the round that my icons are based on here at mood_stillness.
