LMAO OMG. I am torn between amusement and horror. Mostly because I USED TO DO THE EXACT SAME THING, and there was even a fic I saved wherein strawberries were used in...interesting and unsanitary ways, and oh god, I would have DIED if my parents had found it when I was 13.

lol dw my dad walked in on me watching Queer As Folk, if you've watched it sometimes it gets quite bad... ;) but then he passed away.

lol this SAME THING happened to me on more than one occasion, and my dad would quickly flee the room whenever it happened. But his reaction to my watching QAF was sort of tempered by the fact that I um, used to watch it with my mom, so he couldn't be like "WHAT ARE YOU WATCHING, OMG LOOK AT THIS FILTH TURN IT OFF!" since his wife was watching it too ;D

My mom found my fic journal. I don't know if she ever looks at it anymore, but I know she found it. She even left comments. On the porn. At that point, I only had two NC-17 stories up. Everything else was PG13 at most, and generally fluffy romance-y cuteness or humor. But no. She commented on BOTH the NC-17 fics. I have no idea if she read the others or not, but still. She SKIPPED THE FIC IN THE MIDDLE and went straight for the porn. IDEK. /0\

I don't even know how I got over it. Apparently I did, because it's mostly just a (somewhat mortifying) memory at this point, but. Argh. I was SO glad I was in college at that point and not still living at home! D=
