it so is! like you know how we get back home from class or shopping or running errands or whatever and we usually turn on the tv or the computer or get something to eat or something normal like that? well in norcal they walk in, put their stuff down, sit on the couch and grab the bong thats just innocently decorating the room and smoke a bowl.
like, thats normal. CRAZY. so no, its not just paul.
