I don't know about your mind, but mine attempted to tell me, in very casual terms, too, that I had cancer the other night! Not cool!!! My mom just sort of mentioned it, in my dream, kind just as a "just so you know" sort of way, and didn't seem to see any real problem with that. I was crushed, though! It was the sort of dream you wake up from going OH THANK GOD!!!!
