Milk; Exercise

Apr 05, 2012 08:21

I always crave milk on my period. I don't like it any other day - just when it's that week out of the month I don't take birth control. Blah.

When is the best time to exercise for you?

(I also can never remember how to spell exercise, and use spellcheck on it)

exercise, period

Historically, I've done best waking up early and working out in the morning. That being said, I absolutely abhor waking up early. I've been trying to fit it in directly after work, before I get settled in at home, but it's so easy trying to make excuses. At this point in my life, I haven't found a happy medium for the best time to work out yet :(. I may try and do mornings again though, even though I hate waking up, I hate my gut more lol.

LOL I am fine with how I look, it's more for my mental health and sleep patterns.

They say if u exercise first thing in the morning it's easiest on your body. I usually go between 3 pm and 6pm... just cuz it's when I'm least busy. But- I notice that when I do go in the morning it really is easier on my legs.

I never remember how to spell it either....
exsersize, ecersize, exersice

I hear the same thing. I would love to get up at 6 am, go jog, and then get ready for work, but not sure I can take it.

Wow. I can barely wake up before 7 on my own, or even with the alarm at 630. D:
