Ok so first have i mentioned how much i love love love your positiveness? You're just filled with rainbows and smiles and i love it and its perfect because chuck and blair are also filled with rainbows and smiles this season as showcased by your amazingly awesome picspam oh my goodness.
THEIR FACES! Honestly I've said since the beginning I think these two are the greatest actors on the show which is clearly not what I ship them but it still makes me happy inside you know? (although you know i still love The Lively too!) BUT THEY REALLY DO LOOK SO HAPPY AND GLORIOUS AND I LOVE IT. AND THEYY DOOO JUST WANT TO MAKE EACH OTHER HAPPY! (now i'm just repeating everything you've already stated in agreement. but also putting it in capslock just for the hell of it)

Fantastic. Love all the allusions to kinky sex this season, but the fact that we see zilch is unfortunate. I love all the callbacks you pointed out--especially the elevator juxtaposing scenes. She makes it the second time <3
Thank you! I, obviously, wouldn't mind seeing more sex (or them releasing a porno WHAT I DIDN'T JUST SAY THAT) but I'm one of the few people, I think who doesn't feel like lack of it hinders their relationship
OH KATHRYN I ADORE YOU AND YOUR POSITIVITY AND LOVE FOR CHUCK AND BLAIR. YOU'RE LIKE A HAVEN FOR ME IN THIS FANDOM and it was really enjoyable to read such coherent and intelligent thoughts laid out!
I know that Molly and you probably agree with this but I would SO, SO RATHER Chuck and Blair have minimal screen time and be allowed to just chill in the background merely being (as you so intelligently stated) and loving on each other than forcing a story about their relationship just to put them in the foreground because then shit just gets convoluted and third parties enter and people who build up high expectations from all the amazing allusions to their sex lives will inevitably be let down when they decide to show it. I'm very content with what they've been given - as a couple - this season. Aside from personal Chuck's growth which is another beautiful beast

YEAH! Like the reason I'm super happy about Chuck being the fore front of the rest of the season albeit his (probably) stupid plot is because it's just a Chuck story but we know Blair will have a prominent place in all of that so we will get a lot of them just being and emoting together and it won't affect their relationship directly, re: involving almost-breaking-up or getting third parties involved, because it's not about their relationship AT ALL.
Like as much as they had their scenes last season that made me just want to die I was so incoherently moved, the story sucked. Small screen time but a good/simple/domestic/cute/loving/intimate story in the background > big screen time but a ott/dramatic/poorly written/stupid/convoluted/cheapening story, no matter what roads of awful Ed and Leighton can overcome.
