Hmm. Sometimes, when we're transitioning a lot of things in our lives, our bodies start flushing weird stuff out, and the flushing process is physically stressful. Something that got mentioned to me after I got hit with the CMV. Reiki, plus being MUCH more physically active than I was used to, changing a whole bunch of stuff at once ... and my body was all like 'Fuck you, bitch! We're not down with this shit! Gimme some Cheetos!!'
I'm not saying stop doing what you're doing, but if your body wants a rest, give it some rest - meditation, or catnaps, or curling up for an hour or so with a book. But me, I have to announce to my body that 'I'm resting now. Isn't this nice? I'm so glad I'm relaxing and unwinding ...'
Yeah, I talk to my body. We're working on communication - we don't really have the best of relationships. ;)
