You can DO it! lightonthesill April 24 2008, 13:25:59 UTC
Oh, I bet! Yes, I think I'm beyond an exercise "slump".

Just wanted to tell you that I did see this message last night, but this morning when I opened LJ and saw your message on my"home" page "You can DO it!" it really did help this morning! Thank you!

So here's one in return for your exercise slump! You can DO it! :)

This is one of my favorite work out songs: http://www.kmfdm.net/lyrics/jjj.htm

Feel free to join us over at

My husband started the community because he loves to gripe about Weight Watchers. Of course, non of us are willing to give it up. Despite what can be an irritating process, it is also very rewarding (and it really does work).

I have lost 23 pounds and my doctor says it is a great formula for keeping my weight in check during pregnancy.

Meetings are key in WW. I've been going for a good long while now. I've had great results. I notice the difference between when I make time in my schedule to go to meetings and when I'm "too busy" to sit and participate after weighing in. YMMV

Best of luck to you. Glad to hear you are feeling better and on towards getting your house un-plagued.
