I have to admit I still feel a little twinge of sadness for Harry whenever Sylarana is brought up... she was a lovely snake. I think Yaraliss sounds quite funny though, and I like how he seems to act snooty to Draco, hee hee! I'm looking forward to reading how he gets on with Argutus!

I have to admit to being a bit, well, okay, very upset that Hawthorn didn't win the election, but the flush from Lucius goes a bit towards making up for it, mwahahaha! Although i suppose it has to sting that he ruined his relationship with Draco so much.

Anyhows, another great chapter, can't wait for the next!

I can't help wondering ... can one slash snakes? After all you have those famous penguins. Why not snakes? Light snake and dark snake; it would make a good match. Hee!

Heheh, it's funny I wasn't the only one who thought of snake slashing. But its true though, I read an article that a lot of animals can be homosexual.

Lucius's changes are probably visible only to himself.

Hawthorn probably has the fullest, most varied life of any character in the future- or it has the most possibilities for variation, anyway. I'm quite excited about it.

Yaraliss will do no harm. You see why in the next Intermission.

Love that the magical creatures all got to vote. I even like that Harry has a new Locusta snake. I really love that Argutus has learned to write, and he is learning to understand English. He is the most intelligent snake have ever met\read about.

I feel really bad for Hawthorn. I really wanted her to win. Not Cupressus. He just annoys me. He is to full of himself.

Great chapter. Even though it brings back the memories of the last time that people where in that tower, and it makes me sad that Rufus is dead.

Cupressus is probably the better politician. I agree that he's arrogant, too.

No one can ever replace Rufus.

He plans to be fully committed to them now. What he will insist on is a proper place for the Light, too; he doesn't intend to let the Dark wizards have more rights than the Light ones just because they were a minority.

Ignifer is a special case. She was his daughter; she had no right to do that.
