Uh, well seeing as Raiden is pretty much your average soldier and hasn't been cyborgified (that's in two more years)... he doesn't quite have the ability to fry you with electricity yet. But he can still deflect bullets with his sword if he needs to, and is stronger than he looks. He's experienced with a variety of weapons and can use them in a variety of settings, thanks to extensive VR training. This doesn't mean he'll be able to magically know how to work everything ever of course, but for the more common weapons you can expect him to know how to handle them. Also, he can do crazy ninja stuff with his blade because 30 seconds of training from Snake is clearly sufficient. Failing that, he will whine at you until you give in. >:V
Can I _____ Jack?:
Hug: Sure, but just expect him to be a bit... weird about it unless you're friends. He likes personal space.
Kiss: Friendly pecks on the cheek, sure. And that's only if you're friends. Try to go further and he'll most likely stop you.
Flirt/smut with: Smut most likely won't happen. He has a girlfriend, after all! ...Saying that, flirt all you like, he might even flirt back. Nobody said he was the best boyfriend ever...
Fight: That depends. Jack is no stranger to weird abilities *COUGHVAMPCOUGH* but it doesn't mean he won't be too busy being confused as hell if you show signs of abilities he's never come across before. At the very least, go easy on him~
Steal from: I'd rather he kept his blade, because otherwise he'd never quit looking for it. For anything else, it can't hurt to ask.
Kidnap: Jack seems to spend half his free time being kidnapped. Feel free, as long as it isn't going to lead to anything too brutal.
Scar/inflict serious wounds upon: I'd rather you didn't unless you asked me first.
Kill: Not unless I've agreed to it first.
Perform freaky abilities on: That depends on the ability. It'd be better if you asked first, though harmless ones are fine.
