Challenge 18: Lowest Unique Number
Description: All you have to do is pick a number - any number. The challenge is to pick the lowest unique number - meaning the lowest number that nobody else has picked - without knowing which numbers the other players have picked. If you go for 1, someone else might have picked that, and neither of you will get the winning points. But if everyone picks 3 to be on the safe side, you might just win by boldy picking 1. So consider carefully and make your choice.
Requirements:
- comment with a number between 1 and, idk, five trillion.
- only whole numbers (within the limits above) (meaning you can't pick numbers like 2.3 or 1.00001)
- comments are screened so you won't be able to see other people's numbers (they will be unscreened after the deadline)
- no talking about this in your teams/other players
- no team threads, so please include your team name/sig tag in your comment
Points:
- 10 points for submitting a number
- 20 extra points for the lowest unique number
- 5 extra points for the next highest unique number
+ 1 for sig tag
