The concept of "bingo cards" for various activities has been around for a while. (I'm surprised it doesn't have its own entry on urbandictionary.)
Anything that is expected to come up again and again can be flagged into a bingo card, and then you can see if it gets filled out. You often see it online for things like discussing Ev Psych, or Racism. (You will make an "racism bingo card" and see how many of the classic bullshit arguments show up.)
Fetish Bingo, or Kink Bingo, or Moe Bingo, or Attraction Bingo work on a similar principle. You put all the known things that person goes for on a 5x5 grid and see if a picture/movie/person/event fills them out. (Kendra used to joke that "active consent" was my free space.)
So when you have a picture with: "hot woman" "film noir" "woman in suspenders" "woman in suit/men's clothing" "tentacles" "gaming"
and the person says "it made me think of you", then it is pretty clear they think those are on your bingo card. ^_^
Ooh. I should have added "in hat". Admittedly "women in film noir men's clothing" sort of covers both the suspenders and the hat, but I suspect those are each their own square, and it is just happy circumstance that overlaps.
Oh, very much so. On pretty much everything but the gaming.
It's interesting though, I've pretty much always seen the bingo cards used in a negative sense. I've seen bingo cards for derailing in race discussions, for sexism in various fandoms, for evolutionary psychology.. that kind of thing. Also, hipsters. I've never seen it used for individuals.
I certainly encountered it primarily in the derailing conversations sense.
Given numerous people's reactions, I wonder if I really did just slide it over to apply to people's turn ons on my own or if that came from somewhere else.
On pretty much everything but the gaming.
LOL - yeah, that one seems pretty much just me.
(I can't help but note that I'm pretty sure you could pull that look off, btw.)

Shall we say you and I have some overlap on the bingo card as well?
