[She had unceremoniously barked at Seras that she was going to help Waverly one way or another and bolted from the flat. Yes, she didn't want anyone to see her, but hopefully she wouldn't run into anyone she knew, and could get the girl to the hospital quickly and be back before anyone noticed her.]
[She was shocked when she was able to pick up the smell of Waverly's blood from the end of the hall before she was even close to the door.]
[Not bothering to knock, she reaches the door to Waverly's apartment and bursts in--unchecked strength nearly throwing it off the hinges.]
[Doesn't bother with being upset by Doris' gruff mannerisms. This is a serious situation one way or another. Luckily, the police girl is able to keep up with Doris as they speed to an apartment building.
She narrowly avoids bowling down people now and then, apologizing in passing as she keeps up with Doris' strides. Before she can warn of the door it is flung open.]
Doris, calm down. [Who would have thought she'd be saying that? Steps through the door frame, the scent of fresh blood tickles her nose.]
The girl looks a mess. Her lower lip already bruised and swelling, the same with her eye. The most blood is coming from the hole in her jeans, a wonderfully soaked through pair that still had blood covering the carpet in a length drag from where she was behind the couch.
To be frank, she looked like shit.
She was losing a lot of blood; fast. She knew well enough why. Her heart was racing and the blood was going through her veins fast. She felt dizzy and couldn't see. If this kept going she was going to pass out and then die. Well, this was a stupid way to go. From a flesh wound in the leg.
She barely heard anything, even Doris' screams. "Mitsu- he" Her eyes were starting to close. Shit. She shouldn't have moved around so much. She shouldn't have gotten her adrenalin pumping so hard.
[She moved forward quick--hating the fact that the smell of the blood in the air made her almost giddy--to see the damages closer. Her eyes focused in on Waverly's leg.]
Shit... [She pulled the fabric of her own shirt out of her pants and using one fang to tear it and pull a strip off to tie above the wound to slow the bleeding.]
[Muttered and probably only audible to Seras.] Waverly, don't you dare goddamn bleed to death here... I will seriously kick your ass...
[She places a hand on Doris shoulder a moment as she kneels to help make sure that in her haste and panic her strength isn't making the situation worse.
Seras exhales in relief seeing that there's nothing to worry about there. She turns to look over the room. Breaking and entering? No. That can't be right. The draculina gets to her feet, letting her police academy trained eye and instinct look for clues.]
What happened here? [Asks as though the room can answer before looking down to Doris and Waverly.]
She's been bleeding for sometime. Why hasn't her blood clotted?
Amanda's not going to kill you. She might kill whoever DID this to you though... assuming I don't first... [She reached forward and moved a strand of hair away from her face to see her eye better.]
Good god...
[She looked up at Seras.] I've got no idea why she's still bleeding... But we've gotta get her to the hospital or something... I'm a bit afraid to move her though... Any ideas?
[Her brow furrows a little seeing Doris so distressed, Seras doesn't know Waverly but the worry in the huntress' face is all that she needs for incentive to help.]
She looked up at Doris, noticing some subtle changes, but not much. Doris, no matter her form, would always be Doris. Maybe being able to see things would help. The other woman's hand felt warm. That was definite.
She squinted for a moment before noticing Seres. She tugged on Doris' shirt to get the other down so she could whisper in her ear. "Does she know?"
She had a question, but she wasn't going to ask it in front of someone who didn't know Doris' condition.
[She turned back down at Waverly's tugging. For a second she didn't know what she was asking, and when she realized she was honestly a little irritated by the inquiry. Here the girl was, shot in the leg, bleeding out, face beaten to a bloody pulp and still worrying about her.]
This is Seras Victoria, I live with her, it's fine.
[She turned back to Seras again.] Would you? I'm afraid I'll hurt her more by accident...
[The police girl flashes a brief, friendly smile despite the pressure of the situation to Waverly a momentary gleam in her mouth of fang and it is gone.] H-hello.
[Gives an affirmative nod to Doris.] We'll get her there. [Seras stoops and easily lifts Waverly, an arm beneath her knees and the other beneath her back.]
[Seras doesn't wait any longer for another ridiculous inquiry. She's moving out the door. Eating indeed, this girl is delirious from the blood loss. Her steps quicken aware of how near the scent of fresh blood is. Rather than appetizing her, it's worrisome. No clotting, it could be serious.]
She shook her head, but couldn't do much about being carried.
We can't discuss it in the hospital and if you can still eat anything then that narrows some down. If I can narrow it down I can find something to at least keep you from doing anything foolish."
She shot a glare at the other girl, knowing what she would do in the situation. "Like killing yourself."
[She stopped dead, her eyes going huge for a brief second before picking up her pace again. Did she know or was she just throwing that out there? She glared back.]
Don't be ridiculous. [She snapped, too defensive.] And no I can't.
[No matter what Waverly knew or suspected, the important thing was making sure that Seras and the rest of the flat didn't. Even if she hoped they would respect her wishes to have a guarantee against returning to the Frontier as a vampire, she doubted a single one of them actually would.]
They'd probably throw me in the fucking padded room with D...

Amanda was going to kill her when she got home. The place was a mess, the TV busted and she'd shot a hole in the wall.
"S'a wreck." She mumbled quietly, turning vaguely to look at Doris. "Manda's 'onna kill me."
God, they were going to need a new carpet, new everything. It was worse then when they're buried Kojiro.

"Are you still able to eat?"
She tilted her head slightly. This was very serious, but she couldn't see very well.

[She openly gaped for several seconds.]
