that sucks. i hate having a gap in my LJ friends page that i haven't at least skimmed. i'm not sure if there's anything to do about it. i think i only got as far as August 12th.

i may do that at some point later if it feels important. at the time after spending a couple of hours reading back that far, doing that for all of my friends on an individual basis felt like too much effort.

I suppose you could read the LJs of the people who you are IRL friends first, then the ones who are interesting that you don't know IRL and then those who tend to babble on about stuff that isn't that interesting to you (though those in that catagory make one think "why are they on my FL when all they do is go on about Second Life/make-up/bad books/Big Brother/(insert things you find boring)?")

ooh ooh! you should listen to wgns (fm100.5, fm101.9, am1450) between 7:50 and 8:10am to catch some swap n' shop, which we used to listen to when we stayed summers at my grandparents house. usually people had green beans and puppies to sell or trade. i <3 swap n shop

and when you get done being all in the midst of your social and political experience, you should maybe give me your address so i can send you a pretty card or something. :-D no rush. i don't want to ruin your hurrican evacuation memories.
